BRILLIANT VILLA AND BRILLIANT HOLIDAY
" What a find! We stayed at Villa Plumeria with our 1 yr old daughter and our friends who also had a 2 yr old boy, the villa was perfect for lots of people and great for the kids.
The living space is huge with a big veranda overlooking the bay with snow capped mountains in the background. Large table both inside and outside and a brilliantly equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were all huge with the 2 doubles having king size beds - the owner also provided a cleaner who came twice in our one week stay and blitzed the place each time - a real treat. Showers and bathrooms all great, all bedrooms were ensuite - perfect when lots of people coming back from the sandy beach.
The garden was great with a pool, kids pool, outside BBQ and bar and loads of sun loungers and umbrellas.
30 second walk to a secluded beach / bay with great swimming and a little beach bar, and a one minute walk to a taverna that overlooks the bay. If you have kids you'll know it can be a difficult being on holiday but the villa and the villa's location made it so easy and enjoyable. Perfect villa for families or for groups of friends / couples.
The villa's owners are incredibly helpful and welcoming (and picked us up and dropped us back to the airport and bought us a box of ice creams half way through our stay) , we will be back! "

" Property was exactly as pictured and described. The house (and owner, Steve) brilliantly accommodated our two year old son, providing a baby gate for the staircase, high chair and age-appropriate pool toys. Steve was warm and welcoming and made us feel like we had family in Crete during our stay; this extra special care is what really sets the house apart from other villas in the area, which we have rented in previous years. All of these small touches collectively created a sense of staying at a five star resort with the privacy and space of a home. Proximity to the beach (shallow and perfect for toddlers) was great. Would absolutely recommend."

Villa Plumeria is a fantastic place to spend time and unwind, with a family friendly beach nearby and great facilities at home. Bedrooms are large and well apportioned with each served by an ensuite. The living rooms and kitchen are well equipped with everything you'd expect to see/use. The internet is reliable too. Eva was a great host and was on hand whenever we had a query. She even came to visit us on an occasion to assist with a query. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay. Thank you!

" Amazing family owned villa, extremely well equipped and luxurious, just a stone's throw from a beautiful little beach, perfect for our 3 small grandsons - and us grown ups too! We were greeted by owner Steve, who couldn't have been more helpful. He even drove us around to point out the best local restaurants and where to shop! " We were 11 members in the family; from baby 1,5 yrs up to grandma and grandpa. The 4 big bedrooms with separate bathrooms ; the 2 outdoor swimming pools; the terrasse overlooking the Tersanas beach and the very short walk down to this wonderful local beach with the local taverna was just the vacation experience we wanted to have. The manager, Mr Kavroulakis, was to our service whenever needed. "

BEAUTIFUL SETTING, WONDERFUL VILLA
“ We stayed in Villa Plumeria for a week in October, as we celebrated my mother's 70th birthday. Steve, the owner, was incredibly helpful, collecting and dropping us to and from the airport, organizing our rental car and arranging the hiring of a private chef among st other things.
The villa itself has everything you need and is cleaned to a high standard. We had two babies with us and found it perfect for a family.
The area where the villa is located had a lovely beach just meters from the villa and one or two beach bars. A car is useful to get to the shops and to visit Chania if you desire.
All in all we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would recommend Villa Plumeria to anyone considering a Cretan holiday. ”

I agree with other comments. The villa is just lovely, and beautifully equipped. We were 7 adults, us, our children and others. The location is perfect and having driven round much of the Akrotiri Peninsula, we reckon this villa is in the best position. Not overlooked from the beach, yet 30 seconds away. Steve was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he even came over especially to deliver some olive oil from his supplier for us to take home. Thank you!

“ It was not our first experience in renting a villa for vacation, but this is definitely one of the best! Stayed at the villa (4 adults and 1 child) for nearly a month but didn't want to leave) Very modern and stylish house located in a very small and quiet village, large and very green territory, private swimming pool and only 50-meters from the sandy beach.
